高等教育自学考试是对自学者进行的以学历考试为主的高等教育国家考试，是个人自学、社会助学和国家考试相结合的高等教育形式。自考选专业考的出即可，每个专业有对应主考院校，主考院校只是挂名，不负责培训，自考学历全国统一版本和任何学习形方式专业开考方式没有关系。直接报名参加所报考专业科目进行考试，所有科目通过修够学分即毕业。

自考全靠自学自考办报名，然后自己看书学习想办法，时间自己安排，只要定期参加考试就好。每个专业会有很多科目，每次考试可以选择几个科目，全部科目考出成绩合格，申请毕业，拿到专科或本科毕业证书。
